WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once you place your order, a shipping label is created for your parcel. Your order is then carefully picked and packed by one of our team members. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details, along with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. We hope you enjoy the journey as much as we enjoy preparing your order for you!
WHY IS MY ORDER LATE?
Most of our deliveries are shipped Mon-Fri 9am and 6pm from the UK, next day orders need to be placed before 1pm on the same day. On occasion deliveries can be delayed due to events out of our control, when this happens we will look to work with our couriers to get your parcel moving. If you have concerns regarding your tracking or the status of your order please contact us on email
MISSING OR INCOMPLETE ORDER
We are sorry an item is missing from your order, from time to time we do encounter inventory errors which means the product has not been availible when they team have come to pick your item. Please contact us regarding this so we can resolve this for you email
*PLEASE NOTE- All delivery times are an estimate with the courier. Depending upon certain factors with our processes, this may slow or speed up.
MY TRACKING SHOWS AS DELIVERED BUT I DON’T HAVE IT?
Unfortunatly as soon as you place your order our teams are on it- we know you dont like delays and need it fast!! This means we are unable to make any changes.
MY DISCOUNT DOESN’T WORK?
We are unable to manually add a discount code after your have placed your order,
however you can use your discount code on your next purchase, if the code is still valid.
PLEASE NOTE:- COLLABORATIONS/PRODUCTS ALREADY ON PROMOTION ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR DISCOUNTS.

If you have entered the incorrect delivery address and need to update this, you will need to contact us as soon as possible to let us know. Please note that if you have received a dispatch confirmation, your order may have already been dispatched? If your order has been dispatched to the wrong address and it is lost, a new order will need to be placed at your expense.
